Thank you very much for your order! We appreciate the opportunity to share our line of unique scrapbooking papers with you and your customers.
To receive the latest catalog, please send us your mailing information. Please review the terms of sale before placing your order. If you have any questions about these terms please contact your sales representative or Fred and Marty Productions, LLC. Thank You! Opening Orders • Minimum order of one pack per design. Cost per pack is $12.50 for 50 sheet packs or $7.00 for 25 sheet packs. • All designs are sold in packs of 50 or 25 sheets only. • All papers measure 12” x 12” and are acid and lignin free. Special Order Requests • We always try to accommodate special requests. If you have such a request, please contact your sales representative or Fred and Marty Productions, LLC. Backorders • All backorders under $50.00 will be automatically cancelled. Payment Terms • First orders are pre-paid or credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express. • All opening orders must be accompanied by a current sales tax certificate or resale certificate. • All requests for credit should be accompanied by the Fred and Marty Productions, LLC credit application and/or a company credit sheet. • Established accounts—Net 30 with approved credit. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. payments. A 1% finance charge may be accrued monthly to unpaid invoices. Shipping • All shipments are FOB St. Louis, Missouri. Shipments will be by UPS or FEDEX ground at the current published rates unless otherwise requested. Mis-Shipments/Merchandise Claims • We always try our best to ship your order correctly. If a mistake has been made, we apologize and will do what we can to quickly remedy any mishaps. • Please notify Fred and Marty Productions of any shipment mistakes and/or damages within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. • Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. Without a return authorization number (RA#) we cannot grant credit. Return Policy • All sales are final. Prices and minimum case packs are subject to change without notice.
